One of our students takes regular private dance lessons with his teenage daughter.
He was asked if they were getting ready for an event.
He said no and was then asked
Why do the lessons?
His response was lovely.
"Because I want my daughter to know how a gentleman should treat her."

The Benefits of Ballroom Dancing

Ballroom dancing improves physical & mental health.
Reduced stress levels & increased serotonin levels have a positive impact on mood & behavior for children & adults.

Increased stamina, strength and balance lead to better posture, confidence & coordination
Help them be happy, active individuals now and this will shape the adults they become.

Ballroom Dancing in the news
"The New England Journal of Medicine" published a 21 year study which showed that frequent ballroom dancing reduced the risk of dementia over other physical activities.

"Family Talk Magazine" students who have a
background in dance achieve higher SAT scores and do better in math and science
